Project Manager (m/w/d)
They supervise waterfall IT projects through all the uncertainties with confidence. As an IT project manager, you will implement digitization projects with your team from start to finish in a challenging environment. You communicate with other project managers and stakeholders. In addition to the classic project management, your tasks also include presentations, e.g. on the project status and on project topics in steering committees and at management level. You are responsible for carrying out resource planning, monitoring and controlling project performance. Scrum Master (m/w/d)
As a Scrum Master, you apply the basics of agile and team development, support your team and the product owner, and ensure compliance with agile values and processes. You promote the change to an agile organization for our customers. You are the coach of the team and the product owners, in the process and in the methods, values, and principles of agile working. They moderate agile events (e.g., daily reviews) and shield the team from internal and external negative influences (obstacles). As a product owner, you are actively responsible for the management of customer projects (budget, time, scope, and resources). You support the development of a project vision with the customer, advise and lead the customer in the project, and identify and utilize potential opportunities. Test Manager (m/w/d)
With your understanding of systems and your analytical approach as well as your ability to map requirements into complex test scenarios in a heterogeneous system environment, you are a recognized team player. You are responsible for the test strategy and the adaptation test process, and take over the coordination and control of all test activities in the projects of our customers.
